Act Programs trigger on actions in the room. If someone does a particular social, the mob will respond to it. Syntax: addmprog
Example:

say So, what are you, anyway?

say Hey Mister! Don't be getting frisky with me.

say hey baby! You're looking mighty fine today.

This will ask what the character is if their sex is currently at neutral, slap them if they're male, and hit on them if they're female.
